The helpline is run by volunteers who are all sufferers and give their time freely to offer help and advice to anyone who needs one-to-one support.
On calling the helpline you will hear a recorded message. Leave your number (land-line, please) and someone will call you back as soon as possible.
Operating the helpline incurs considerable cost to OUCH (UK) and we respectfully ask that the facility is not abused.
